With the reservation, the Customer accepts the home's rules, the rates conditions and cancellation policy. He declares to be aware and accepts the fact that a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card, given as a guarantee, seven days before arrival for bookings with a refundable rate and that, for non-refundable rates, payment will be made of full price of the stay at the time of booking and that will not be refunded in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation.
